Archibalds - Open Premier Site In Leeds, West Yorkshire

In early 2006 Millbeck Building Services was awarded the contract for the new Archibalds builders merchant that is situated close to the M62 in Beeston Leeds, close to the Leeds United football ground.

The buildings had been heavily fire damaged and once housed West Yorkshires largest saw mill. The project involved a substantial amount of demolition works along with the massive refurbishment both internal and external of the existing warehouses.

The project was a great success giving Archibalds a first class presence within West Yorkshire.   

The whole project was seamlessly managed by Ian Saddington a partner of the Derrick Kershaw Partnership based in Burn Bridge Harrogate.
